PROTECTION OF FUNDS
When funds are credited to your account, in accordance with regulatory requirements, the regulated payment institutions we work with protect your funds. This means that the funds on your payment account or e-wallet are held in reputable banks or covered by an insurance policy, and most importantly, they are protected for you in case of insolvency of our partner payment institutions, or from us. Our partners stop protecting your funds when the money has been transferred from your account to your beneficiary’s account. If you need a breakdown of the exact amounts of funds you have protected with each of our payment partners at any given time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
HANDLING OF CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
We are your first contact for any questions or concerns, including complaints. If you need to address a complaint to us, please contact the contact details below with the following information:

A team member will confirm receipt of your request by email within 24 hours of its receipt, and aim to resolve it within three business days. In some cases, a request may have to be escalated and therefore extend the time limit for resolving the complaint to 15 business days following receipt of the complaint. In exceptional circumstances, where we are unable to provide a resolution within the 15 business day timeframe, we have up to 35 business days from the date of receipt to provide a final response. If your complaint arises from exceptional circumstances, or needs to be escalated, a member of our team will inform you.

We work with e-money partners and payment institutions to provide you with our service, including Ebury and Currencycloud. Currencycloud ultimately provides specific regulated services, i.e. geographically or functionally limited elements of regulated payments and e-money services in the UK, the European Union, and the US. These partners have certain obligations as regulated financial services institutions, including complaints. We keep them informed of complaints we receive from you about regulated payments and the e-money services they ultimately provide to you. They oversee how we handle complaints to ensure that we meet the standard required under the regulation.
